Ingredients
3/4 bowl mandarin oranges
1/2 bowl pomegranate
1 cup assorted nuts, such as pistachios, almonds, or cashews, chopped (or more as desired)
Fresh mint for garnish
Preparation
Toss all fruit and nuts in a bowl. For a beautiful visual display, use a large glass bowl for a nice floral look.
Add fresh mint on the top for a garnish.
