Golden Milk Turmeric

Ingredients 


3 cups coconut milk


1 1/2 teaspoons ground turmeric


1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


1/4 teaspoon ground ginger


3 tablespoons maple syrup


ground cinnamon for garnish


Instructions 


Slowly heat the milk in a pot on the stove over medium-low heat.


Add the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup and whisk to combine.


Continue to heat and whisk just until the milk reaches a boil.


Pour into mugs and top with a pinch of cinnamon. Enjoy!
