2 teaspoons flaxseed
1 cup low-fat plain kefir
1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey

Step 1
Combine kefir, berries, flaxseed, chia seeds and honey in a blender. Process until smooth.
(The smoothies will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 day or in the freezer for up to 3 months.)
