My love for strength training and fitness came from playing high school football and the mandatory weight training that came with it. From there I took the fitness knowledge and ran with it to the tune of a 100 pound weight loss journey. Most importantly I learned the mental benefits that came with strength training, proper eating and right mindset. Feeling your best is a process that doesn’t come after one workout or one healthy meal. After years as a photographer servicing mainly the fitness industry, I decided to become a certified trainer. I want all my clients to know what feeling their best can feel like and I take those results personally.

Family, community, and exercise have been a fixture in my life as long as I can remember. The intersection of athletics, physical fitness, and friendship is one that has been important to me. I grew up playing volleyball in school and to this day made some of my best friends on the court or in the sand. There is a joy and comfort that comes from seeing the same friendly faces in the gym. These people were once strangers, now we are all members of the same tribe and on a similar journey with shared experiences and goals. I have been lucky enough to work in a variety of industries from hospitality, the medical field, non-profit work, and now fitness. Throughout all the changes and stages of my life, dancing, exercise, and athletics have always been constant. Staying in this routine has provided me with a form of self-care that allows me to be the best version of myself for my family, friends, and colleagues.
I have always had a calling to support others to feel better since I was a kid. I had no idea where that would lead me in life and how that would take shape in adulthood. I can now say I have figured out how. I took a teacher training program during my healing journey, and it was the most profound and transformative experience. I fell in love with meditation, yoga, community, self-love, and care for the betterment of my mental health and holistic wellness. During that training, a question kept nudging me: “How can I create these spaces outside these studio walls for others to experience?” Which led me to being committed to teaching the sacred practices of meditation and yoga. I’m currently creating experiences, classes, and spaces to help people break through this society's burnout & unhealthy distraction culture, provide knowledge on the roots of yoga, and guide beings through tools to support them through life's challenges. I create environments that feel creatively expressive, mindfully tuned in, and peaceful. Forming shapes with compassion & curiosity.
