Sessions are designed around each client’s goals and progress is monitored with scheduled body assessments. Clients receive real- time feedback, where the trainer can  check your form from every angle. 

GROUP FITNESS

PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING

Create your own private customized small group class. Invite your friends, family, neighbors or coworkers. Private small group classes are offered in person and online . We can be contracted for  a series of wellness classes or for a special event. 

Eat Well Together 

​Our newest nutrition service starting Oct 21st - Jan 6th on Mondays 6pm-7pm. This is a weekly group meetup where you and your nutrition cohorts will get together and learn vital strategies to eat well!
